Shipping

• Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

• Due to the Buy and Selling Guidelines set by Paypal, we are unable to change any shipping address when you check out using Paypal. We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order is shipped, real-time location and additional tracking information is out of our control. Should your package become misplaced in transit, we will do what we can to help you track your package. Refunds will not be given, however, for packages lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address or stolen.

Bespoke/Custom Orders & Wholesale Orders

• Bespoke/custom orders & wholesale orders have a to-be-determined (TBD) production time. This will be discussed with the artist and client at the time of order.

• All personal custom orders require a non-refundable* deposit of 30% of the total purchase price.

• Wholesale orders require a non-refundable* deposit of 50% of the total purchase price at the time of order.

         * a deposit may be refundable in whole, or in part, if the artist is not able to deliver the finished product.

International Customers

•  We are not responsible for any customs/VAT fees
