In-stock items are shipped out within 3 business days. If you need an item shipped sooner, please reach out to us at Yamsjewelry@gmail.com, and we will do our best to get your package shipped sooner.
Tracking will be e-mailed to you or sent via SMS when your order is shipped. The notification type is determined by you at checkout.
Because so many of our pieces are limited in stone availability or customized (with no 2 stones being identical), we highly recommend adding insurance to your purchase in the event your package is lost in transit.
Route Insurance is available at checkout to protect your order while in transit. Shipping charges are not covered under Route, nor can we refund the shipping if your order is lost in transit.
We ask that you have patience, and contact USPS if you have concerns about your delivery appearing to be "stuck" somewhere. Though Priority is an available shipping option, USPS does not guarantee the (quoted) delivery date provided for Priority shipping.
We extend our deepest apologies if you experience a delay, and we hope you will understand that any delay and loss, once shipped, is out of our hands. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the missing items at our expense, should you opt out of shipping insurance.
